Built for people who sell for a living

Our programs are designed with the sales professional in mind. Not as a passive recipient of training, but as an experienced commercial practitioner who benefits from a specific kind of financial awareness.

Who This Is For

Sales professionals at every level of experience

Veridico Group's programs serve sales representatives who are new to their role and working to build a complete picture of commercial performance, as well as experienced sales professionals who want to sharpen their understanding of the financial dynamics in their deals.

We also work with sales managers and team leaders who want to develop a shared financial language across their team. When the whole team understands margins and payment terms the same way, alignment in the field becomes natural rather than forced.

Programs are always delivered in-company, so participants learn within the context of their own organization's commercial reality.

What Participants Experience

Inside a Veridico Group workshop session

Real Scenario Opening

Every session begins with a commercial scenario that participants immediately recognize. A client asking for a larger discount. A competitor quoting a lower price. A buyer pushing for extended payment terms. The scenario is the entry point.

Concept Introduction

The financial concept at the heart of the scenario is then introduced clearly and concisely. No jargon. No lengthy theory. The concept is explained in terms that connect directly to the scenario already on the table.

Hands-On Exercise

Participants work through a structured exercise applying the concept. They calculate, compare, and discuss. The exercise surfaces assumptions and makes thinking visible in a non-judgmental environment.

Group Discussion

Findings from the exercise are shared and discussed. Different participants often arrive at different conclusions from the same data, which opens productive conversations about commercial decision-making.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from sales teams

Do participants need a finance background?

No prior financial knowledge is assumed or required. Programs are designed for sales professionals, not finance specialists. Concepts are introduced from zero and built up gradually.

Are programs available for individual participants?

Veridico Group programs are designed for and delivered to corporate teams. Organizations enroll their sales teams or specific team segments. We do not currently offer programs to individual participants outside a corporate context.

How long is a typical program?

Program length varies depending on format. A focused intensive workshop may run half a day or a full day. A module series might span several weeks. We discuss duration during the program design conversation.

What language are sessions delivered in?

All sessions are delivered in Spanish. Materials are in Spanish. Facilitators are fluent in the commercial vocabulary and business culture of Colombia.

Can programs be adapted for our industry?

Yes. During the program design phase, we identify the specific scenarios, pricing structures, and margin dynamics relevant to your industry. Content is then shaped to reflect those realities.

Does Veridico Group provide accounting or financial advice?

No. Our work is purely educational. We develop skills and knowledge in sales team participants. We do not offer accounting services, tax guidance, or any regulated form of financial advisory. These are distinct and separate activities.

For Organizations

Bringing a program to your team

If you are a sales manager, HR director, or business leader considering a Veridico Group program for your team, the process begins with a conversation. There is no obligation and no sales pressure.

We will ask about your team's current situation, your industry context, and what you would like participants to understand more clearly by the end of a program. From that conversation, we shape a proposal.
